About Tri Path

The name is the business. Three paths — a home, a vehicle, and a personal loan — underwritten and serviced in one house. A decision made here stays here, from the first application through the month it is reported.

Applications open in the client portal. A file begins as pending. The front and back of a driver’s license are required. Anything else, including bank statements, pay stubs, or a Social Security card, is asked for only when an underwriter needs it.

Payments are posted current and then confirmed by a person before they are furnished. A late mark is entered by staff, with the number of days, and is never assumed by the system.

Tri Path Lending LLC is an equal housing lender. Credit is subject to underwriting. Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend.
