Terms of use
These terms govern use of the Tri Path Lending website and client portal. They are not your loan agreement. A loan, if one is made, is governed by the note and disclosures you accept.
Who we are
This site is operated by Tri Path Lending LLC. We offer private in-house financing for automobiles, mortgages, and personal loans. Submitting an application is a request for credit, not an approval.
Accounts and information
You agree to provide your own legal name, date of birth, Social Security number, and current address, and to upload documents that are yours. We use that information to underwrite, service, and, when required, furnish an account to a consumer reporting agency. Do not submit another person’s information.
No commitment to lend
Quotes in the payment studio are illustrations. Terms appear in the portal only after a decision. You may accept or decline them. We may request more information, decline an application, or withdraw an offer that has expired.
Credit reporting
If an account is opened, we may furnish it in the Metro 2 format. A payment is not reported late unless a member of staff records the delinquency and the number of days. You may dispute information you believe is wrong by writing to us through the contact page.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another client’s file, interfere with the site, or upload malicious files. We may suspend an account that is used that way.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site after that posting is acceptance of the update. Loan contracts already accepted are unchanged by a website edit.
